Chris Blees, Managing Director, BiggsKofford Capital LLC
Chris Blees is a CPA and middle market investment banker specializing in the sale of closely held middle market companies. Blees began his career as a CPA at BiggsKofford PC. In 2003, Blees launched the firm’s M&A practice, known as BiggsKofford Capital. In 2007, he was also appointed as the CPA firm’s Managing Partner. Blees has become a leader in the M&A sector through his involvement in over 300 mergers, acquisitions, and sale transactions. Blees is a member of the “Founders Circle” for the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) and was elected Chairman of the AM&AA in 2020. Through the AM&AA, he serves as the lead instructor for the Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) program, having instructed over 1,000 Certified M&A professionals worldwide.
With more than 30 years of experience under his belt as an intermediary, investor, senior executive, consultant, and board member, Robert Rough is currently the Founder and Managing Director of Telos Capital Advisors, LLC, a lower-middle market investment banking firm based in Dallas. The firm helps entrepreneurs achieve their financial goals through sell-side representation, debt and equity capital raises for growth, dividend recapitalization, or restructuring. He has worked on over 100 transactions, often with primary responsibility for all aspects of the transaction, from deal initiation through acquisition integration. His industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, services, education, healthcare, technology, retail, and consumer products.
David Kostmayer is dedicated to helping clients make intelligent financial decisions and minimizing their income tax liability. Kostmayer has a successful history in the public accounting arena, providing traditional accounting, tax, and business consulting services to privately held companies throughout the past 16 years. The scope of his experience also includes expertise in corporate finance and strategic consulting, mergers and acquisitions, valuations services, and multi-state taxation. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Kostmayer received his credentials as a Certified Valuations Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and as a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor from the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors. Kostmayer received his Bachelors of Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Southern Mississippi and his Master of Tax Accounting from the University of Alabama.
With over 15,000 transactions under his belt, Brian A. Wendler has trained over 10,000 business brokers and professionals over the years, in addition to completing over 20,000 business valuations. His two decades of experience extends across a wide variety of industries and company sizes, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, medical, finance, engineering, and both high- and low-tech firms. Often called a “broker’s broker,” he works for an independent middle-market M&A advisory firm that provides representation and guidance on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and valuation services to middle-market companies with sales generally between $5 million and $300 million.
He is an accomplished middle market investment banker. Today, he focuses primarily on the buy-side, growing the enterprise value of privately held businesses, family offices, and private equity portfolio companies via strategic transactions. He has extensive experience leading all facets of a strategic transaction from investment thesis and target identification to deal structuring, negotiation and integration. Industry experience includes: Building Services / Facility Management, Business Services, Digital Marketing, Manufacturing & Distribution, Telecom, Transportation & Logistics, Healthcare, Insurance Brokerage. Prior to devoting his efforts full time to transaction advisory, he held financial, operational and business development roles for the portfolio companies within a family office as well as leading his own consulting firm focused on value enhancement and growth pre-liquidity event for privately held business owners. He began his career working with the Big 4 accounting firms of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Deloitte, LLP. Brian has a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and is a Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA) through Pepperdine University.
Kenneth Marks is an entrepreneur and subject matter expert in mergers, acquisitions and financing of emerging growth and middle market companies. He combines his first-hand experiences in financing, building and selling multiple businesses for himself with more than a dozen years of developing growth strategies and doing deals with the objective to partner with CEO’s to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Brent Solomon is an independent valuation, transaction, and CFO advisor and an adjunct professor for the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.  Brent provides strategic CFO advisory services and project based valuation and transaction advisory services for venture capital/private equity fund sponsors, public REITs, and businesses involved in technology/government contracting, real estate, media/entertainment and other industries.  Brent teaches business and valuation analysis using financial statements, created and teaches a course on valuation measurement, disclosure and auditing for financial reporting (Fair Value) for the masters program, and teaches valuation for closely-held transactions in the executive education program. 
Tony Enlow serves as one of Bennett Thrasher’s M&A Market Leads in the Texas region – based in the Dallas area. In his role, Tony is responsible serving and building relationships with clients and other service providers surrounding the deal environment. Tony regularly shares his network of deal related service providers to assist clients with their transaction opportunities. Tony has more than 25 years delivering transaction advisory insights to clients including 8 years in the Big 4. Tony specializes in advising private equity and corporate investors on mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, recapitalizations and divestitures. Tony brings a hands-on approach to servicing clients. In addition to his Big 4 experience, Tony also brings extensive middle-market experience to Bennett Thrasher, having served in three top 20 middle market CPA firms. Tony has experience in a wide range of industries including flexible packaging, construction equipment and crane rental, trucking and logistics, manufacturing, multi-location retail and restaurant, consumer products, franchising, construction, monitored home security, oil field services, RV dealerships and more.

Felix is a seasoned business attorney who combines business operations experience with sophisticated legal advice to solve his clients’ complex legal challenges. He has represented clients at all stages of the business lifecycle and his clients have included entrepreneurs, private equity firms, mezzanine lenders, business owners and multi-national corporations. Felix’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, and restructuring transactions. In addition, Felix routinely counsels clients in contract matters such as joint ventures and teaming agreements.

Champ W. Davis has significant experience providing investment banking services to clients in a wide variety of manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. His clients have ranged from closely held private companies to large-cap publicly traded corporations. Davis has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, and private placements of debt and equity. He has also advised clients on structuring and financing ESOPS, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, and going-private transactions. He has provided complex financial analysis for the rendering of fairness and solvency opinions.
