Ryan Corcoran is the Director, Business Development for Grassi’s transaction and capital advisors practice. With over 10 years of consulting experience, Ryan specializes in building and fostering relationships with businesses across various industries, including Private Equity, Healthcare, Technology, Real Estate, and Manufacturing & Distribution. Before joining Grassi, Ryan was the Director of Business Development for the alternative investments and digital transformation groups at EisnerAmper and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for FinPay, a private equity backed financial technology company. Ryan’s professional involvement extends beyond his role at Grassi. He serves as the Philadelphia Chapter Chair for the Alliance for Mergers and Acquisitions Advisors, the KEYE AI Advisory Board, and is part of the Investor Committee for Philadelphia Startup Leaders. With his diverse experience and active involvement in professional and philanthropic organizations, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and connections to his role at Grassi, a premier independent accounting firm. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.

Previously, she was Deputy Counsel of a Fortune 500 company operating in 10 states. Heaton holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. from Barnard College.
