Brian specializes in Merger & Acquisition advisory services for buyers & sellers, executive meeting facilitation, developing strategic plans, exit strategy & readiness, capital structure, creating valuation/business models, capital raising strategy, and aligning the operating structure with the corporate strategy to drive business value and customer loyalty.
Brian has held executive level roles with leading Financial Advisory, Strategy Consulting, and Private and Public companies including Ernst & Young's Strategic Advisory Services, Credit Suisse's Valuation Advisory Group, Mesirow Financial, and Motorola. He has advised companies as large as Fortune 500 companies and as small as privately held new venture startups which have been funded by leading private equity firms, and private equity portfolio companies. He works with clients from most major metro areas and the greater Chicago area.
Also, Brian has been the guest speaker on a range of strategic topics including growth strategy, creating shareholder value with realistic initiatives, aligning the executive team with the CXO Agenda, how institutional investors really make buy/sell decisions, and lessons learned from post merger integration of public and private companies.
Brian holds a MBA with a specialization in Finance and concentration in Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
