Getting a password

If you are a member of the AM&AA you already have an account with this site. To get a new password, do the following.

  • Click the "Log In" button on the far left sidebar.
  • Click "Request new password"
  • Enter your e-mail address that the AM&AA has a file. Click "E-mail new password."
  • You will receive an e-mail that contains a one-time login link. This link will lead you to your account information page.
  • On your account page, set a new password.

Optional: Special characters in your full name.

If you have a special character in your name like an apostrophe, follow these steps to make sure your full name displays appropriately. If your name contains only letters, skip ahead.

By default, the name displayed to the public on your profile page is the same as the username with which you sign into the site. For security reasons, apostrophes and other special characters cannot be used in the username.

  • To override the username as your name for public display, click "name for public display."
  • Enter your full name and click "Submit."

Public profile

Follow these instructions to edit your public profile as found in the Advisor Directory.

  • Click the "Edit your profile" button on the left sidebar.
    Update any outdated or incorrect information.
  • Configure these options to set which pages your profile will appear on: The Speakers Bureau, the mentors' page and the main Advisor Directory.
  • If you wish to appear on the Advisor Map, use the Google maps box to zoom in on and select your location.
  • If you want a picture to appear with your profile, use this section to upload and assign a title to your picture.
