Walter Tomlinson

Walter Tomlinson has been a Principal at Statesman Business Advisors since 1998 and possesses over 22 years of experience in middle-market business sales and operations.  Walter’s extensive operational background proves extremely valuable in advising Statesman’s clients on positioning businesses for sale, strategic planning to maximize value, business sales/ purchase negotiations and structuring, growth strategy planning.  He is a graduate of the University of Houston with a BBA in Finance and is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Principal / Investment Banker (Series 7, 24, 63, and 79).
