Gerald Hespelt

Mr. Hespelt has more than 18 years experience in financial advisory, auditing and industry. His financial advisory experience includes more than 50 transactions involving businesses with sales ranging from €5 million to €4 billion. Mr Hespelt’s clients include listed companies, companies owned by private equity firms and several mid-sized family owned businesses with international operations.

Mr. Hespelt has led buy side and sell side due diligence investigations and has worked on several international carve out projects. He has also provided services for clients such as the preparation of financial projections, transaction structure consultations and transaction document reviews.  Other services he has provided include purchase price allocations, conversions of statutory financial statements to IFRS or US GAAP, the implementation of group-wide uniform accounting and reporting systems and standards (IFRS, US GAAP) as well as valuation, restructuring and insolvency opinions.
