Brian Rabinovitz

Brian Rabinovitz, CPA, CM&AA is a Principal and Business Advisor who provides audit/assurance, tax consulting and transactional business advisory services to middle-market businesses and their owners. Within the advisory services he provides various consulting including due diligence, assisting with mergers and acquisitions activities, as well as helping companies obtain financing and capital through traditional and non-traditional means.

Brian has passion of working with entrepreneurs and early stage companies and consulting with them on growing their business and achieving their goals.

His clients range in revenue from pre-revenue businesses to companies with international operations and revenue in excess of $100 million.

Brian has over 20 years experience in Public Accounting with diverse industry concentrations including companies in e-commerce, technology, manufacturing, apparel, financial services, wholesale/retail, entertainment and service industries.
