Paul Nielsen is an Accredited and Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA), a Certified Practicing Business Broker (C.P.B.B.), an Accredited Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), a Fellow of the Institute of Directors & Managers (FIIDM), a Chartered Member of the Association of Professional Merger and Acquisitions Advisors, a fully licensed Real Estate Agent (L.R.E.A), Licensed Second Hand Dealer and Senior Business Analyst (SBA) as well as a member of the Management Board of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers (A.I.B.B), the peak National body which provides advice to Industry & Government.
