Robert M. Gordon

Robert M. Gordon has practiced in the Federal corporate income tax area for more than 25 years, concentrating on complex domestic and international tax planning, including structuring and implementing M&A and JV transactions. Bob's consulting practice involves all aspects of domestic and international corporate and partnership matters, including:

•           Structuring complex M&A transactions;

•           JV formation;

•           Legal entity rationalization; and

•           Post-merger integration.

Bob has written numerous articles and made numerous presentations to corporate and professional groups.  He is an active member of the American Bar Association Tax Section, where he is an Officer of the Corporate Tax Committee.
