Cameron E. Cook, ASA, CIA is responsible for leading and managing equity, business enterprise, and intangible asset valuations in AccuVal's Corporate Valuation & Advisory Services practice. Mr. Cook conducts valuations for merger and acquisition assistance, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, estate settlement, gifting, minority shareholder rights cases, marital settlement cases, Net Asset Value needs for hedge funds and private equity groups, financing support, and litigation support.

With more than 20 years of financial valuation and consulting experience Mr. Cook has served a wide range of clients, including small business owners, boards of public companies, ESOP trustees, estate attorneys, bankruptcy attorneys, hedge fund and equity fund managers, and national and international banks.

Mr. Cook is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with the Institute of Internal Auditors and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers. He earned an M.B.A. in finance, investments and banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He earned a Bachelor of Science with distinction in psychology and behavioral science and law, also from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
