With international experience that includes operational responsibility for 25 businesses over 20 countries and global project work for a number of multinationals, Paul focuses on extracting and preserving shareholder value through a variety of growth and business exit options. In addition to extensive mergers and acquisitions experience, Paul has run major product and business unit development programmes and so is uniquely positioned to advise on "Build" versus "Buy" options for your business.
In Australia, Paul has had overall program management responsibility for acquisition and business integration of some well known brand names, including NRMA Life, ClearView and NRMA Health. He also oversaw CommSec's acquisition of the IWL share trading platform.
Paul is the Managing Director of MergeCo which he founded in 2005. He has an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and is a member and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
