Deal Closing Rates Steady Through 1st Half of 2010

I returned from the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors summer conference and Deal Bash 2 weeks ago.  As always I’ve picked up some news you can use.  M&A Brokers, M&A Advisors, business buyers, and many service providers have been anticipating a big boom in deals done in 2010 as owners would rush to the exits…trying to sell before capital gains tax rates increase at the end of this year.
