Partner in charge of CohnReznick's Valuation Advisory Group. CohnReznick performs several hundred valuation and financial advisory engagements annually for mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity funding, buy/sell, equity based compensation, financial reporting, estate and income tax purposes, litigation support, and strategic planning. A frequent lecturer on valuation/appraisal, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and ESOPs for industry groups, law firms, and financial institutions. Serves as a board member for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”) Accredited in Business Valuation Examination Board and is a member of the AICPA’s Fair Value Measurements & Reporting Conference Steering Committee and a member of the Valuation Committee for the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries ("NCREIF").
