He is a member of The Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), the Institute of Certified Business Counselors (I-CBC), National Equipment & Business Brokers Institute (NEBB), International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and Business Brokers Network (BBN). Bud received his education at Bethel College, Southern Illinois University and the University of Minnesota. Bud is a certified Machinery/Equipment appraiser.
