
Brent is a Vice President with Rippe & Kingston Capital Advisors. He is responsible for supporting clients on capital market transactions, including arranging acquisitions, financing acquisitions and growth, mezzanine financing, valuations and negotiations support. Majoring in marketing with a focus in finance, Brent earned his undergraduate degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating, Brent gained valuable experience in operational management positions. He was hired as General Manager of the Rookwood Pottery Restaurant and then worked as the Customer Relations/Traffic Manager of the Romweber Company. In both businesses he served crucial roles, developing systems that increased each company’s ability to earn profits. He joined Rippe & Kingston Capital Advisors in 2006. During his time with the firm he has assisted with and completed a number of deals. He has experience with a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, consumer products and construction.
Brent passed the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors’ competency exam, given in conjunction with Loyola University Chicago, making him one of two Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors in the Cincinnati area. The CM&AA certification is a rigorous course designed to attest the mastery of a middle market M&A body of knowledge and commitment to stay abreast of new developments in this field. This also brings him into a group of over 500 professionals doing M&A transactions throughout the world.
