Dan is a CPA, CFP and CM&AA. He also holds FINRA Series 24, 79, 62, 99 and 63 licenses.  

Dan began his career with Price Waterhouse and served in the Buffalo, Dallas and Tampa offices.  He was a general partner specializing in taxation, financial planning and strategic planning for entrepreneurial and middle market businesses.  His client base covered many industries including manufacturing, distribution, oil & gas, financial services, real estate and professional service firms.

Following 20 years in the professional services business, his next move was to join an agribusiness concern (grower-packer-shipper-repacker of fresh fruits and vegetables) with an international reach.  He served as president and COO and oversaw strategic planning, change management, finance, operations and administration.. 

He later formed Certified Acquisition Associates in 2006 to address the underserved Exit Planning and transactional needs of lower middle market businesses in Florida.  Certified Acquisitions serves businesses with transactional values ranging from $1 to $10 million. 

Dan joined Aria Capital Advisors, LLC, a boutique Broker-Dealer, in 2010 to serve the Investment Banking needs of Florida's middle market companies.  Dan is a Managing Director with Aria.

Dan is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, Association for Corporate Growth, Florida Venture Forum, and Business Brokers of Florida.
