Anthony S. Hussain is Founder and Managing Director of a boutique investment firm, Capvesco, Inc in Miami, FL, focusing on Middle Market M&A and International Businesses. With over eighteen years of Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial services background, he started the firm in 2004, and prior to its beginning worked with numerous Investment Firms at various Executive Management levels. Over his career in the industry, he has conducted extensive business by originating and closing transactions with Banks, Finance Companies, Investment Firms, Private Equity Firms, Hedge Funds and Venture Capital Firms, both domestically as well as abroad. As a result of his diverse background, he has developed a broad range of business experiences within several industries. Additionally, due to his vast network of business contacts around the world and in-depth understanding of cultures, he’s instrumental in raising capital and creating opportunities especially from Latin America, Caribbean, BRIC and GCC (Gulf Coast Countries) markets.
In addition to holding the Certified in Mergers & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) designation with Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors, he is also a Principal Supervisor Series 24 licensed with The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), including Series 7 General Securities, Series 55 Equity Trader, Series 63 and Series 65 Registered Investment Advisor. He is also accredited by the Institute of Business Appraisers (AIBA) and holds Florida Life & Variable annuity as well as Real Estate Associate licenses. Anthony is well traveled around the world, and speaks conversational Spanish and basic Arabic. He is an active member of the Miami Business Community, enjoys deep sea fishing and is an avid golfer.
