Hedman M&A Advisors was established by Calvin Hedman, who previously was an audit partner in the Los Angeles office of Grant Thornton, an international CPA firm. A Santa Clarita Valley resident since 1977, Calvin initially founded the firm to serve the needs of growing companies in his own community. Today Hedman M&A Advisors serves clients throughout Southern California.

In addition to providing audit and tax services to his clients, Calvin provides consulting expertise in the areas of strategic planning, acquisition due diligence review, estate planning, shareholder buyout negotiations, and business acquisition or sale structuring and planning.

Besides being a CPA, Calvin is a licensed real estate broker and holds FINRA series 62, 63 and 65 licenses.
