Mike is the CFO of CapitalWorks a lower middle market private equity group located in Cleveland, OH. CapitalWorks' strategy is to partner with existing management teams to drive results and value to our portfolio companies. The willingness of our high net worth investors to become actively involved with our portfolio companies, leverage their past experiences and networks, and maintain a long-term investment horizon, gives us the ability to have flexibility in our approach.
