David M. Hagen is a shareholder in the accounting and consulting firm of Marrou Hagen & Adkins, P. C. and a consultant to the New York litigation support and consulting firm of Evans Hagen & Company. Marrou Hagen & Adkins, P.C. provides business consulting, experienced litigation support services, strategic planning, financial consulting, audit, and tax services to various sized companies. Clients that Mr. Hagen has provided consulting services for have included Chaparral Steel, Texas Industries, Practitioners Publishing Company, AT&T, Nortel, Bell Atlantic Network Services, Verizon, Sprint, Bell South Central Division and GTE. As a consultant, Mr. Hagen has been retained as the executive vice president of several telecommunication companies where he effectively improved their operating performance and developed, structured and closed transactions with the purpose of raising capital, re-capitalizing company balance sheets, handling shareholder litigation, and eventually sales of these entities. Mr. Hagen is also certified in mergers and acquisitions by the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors.
