John E. Curzon is a Certified Public Accountant accredited in Business Valuation. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor. Curzon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas. His major areas of practice include: business valuation; merger and acquisition consulting; business organization and strategic planning; income tax consultation; financial planning services; estate and retirement planning; operational strategies; and business succession planning. Curzon is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). He is a member and past chairman of the Professional Ethics Committee of the OSCPA. He also is a member of the OSCPA Editorial Board of CPA focus professional magazine and is a contributing author. Curzon is a past member of the Technical Standards Subcommittee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Professional Ethics Committee.
