Timothy M. Kral brings over 25 years of financial and operational management experience with an array of finance expertise with high growth technology and specialty pharmaceutical companies. Timothy has served in operational and strategic roles as Director of International Finance for Series B, AirFlash, Inc. (Wireless Location Based Services) to Chief Financial Officer for CellPoint, Inc. (Location Middleware).  He has served as an operations consultant to a number of companies in the valley including Netscape Communications, Phone.com, Avanex Inc., Plum Ventures (Series B) and TargetCast Networks (Series B), integrating global business processes and systems, business transformation, Six Sigma, linking operations to strategy. A native of Palo Alto, California, Mr. Kral earned a B.S. in Finance from San Jose State, an MBA in Finance from the Golden Gate University and advanced accounting from Santa Clara University.
