Craig Allsopp

Craig Allsopp is one of the founders of Focus Acquisition Parnters, a buy-side advisory firm that helps Private Equity Groups create winning deal structures with middle market companies. Since 1990 he has worked on more than 100 corporate and private business transactions, including licensing agreements, joint ventures, debt and equity financings and buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions. He is a former corporate executive and growth company CEO.
