Andrew Cohen

Andrew M. Cohen joined Heenan Blaikie's Business Law Group in 1987 and became a partner in 1995. The primary focus of his practice is mergers and acquisitions. However, in response to the needs of his clients, he has acquired significant expertise in a wide range of commercial matters, including licensing and distribution agreements, gaming, lending and security arrangements, sports law and information technology.
