Julie Price

Partner Vice Chair, Private Equity Group and Chair, General Practice Group Ms. Price focuses her practice in the areas of private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, securities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and general business matters. She represents privately-held companies at various stages of growth. Ms. Price's practice concentration is on representation of private equity, subordinated debt and venture funds as well as portfolio companies of such funds. She has assisted private equity firms in all aspects of their business cycle, including formation, solicitation of capital, acquisitions, management of portfolio companies and divestitures.
