The AM&AA has long been a proponent of quality education, offering its acclaimed CM&AA credentialing program. The Alliance’s Board encouraged expansion of the education program, resulting in the introduction of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Series (MAPS). Last summer at our conference in Chicago, we introduced the first of a series of new programs offered to enhance the existing curricula.

The first program in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Series (MAPS) focuses on Best Practices to Manage & Grow Your M&A Practice. This program debuted to widespread acclaim at the conference, and in fact, was oversold. We will once again offer this program ahead of our Winter Conference in Miami this January. This educational track focuses on the development of processes; implementation of technologies; and the leverage of marketing tools and techniques necessary to build and manage a profitable M&A practice.

In addition to his fifteen years of experience as a merger and acquisitions and exit planning advisor, Gary offers clients the benefit of professional experience in business valuation, commercial banking and business consulting.
