Our primary goals are to help Members improve their level of knowledge, give them access to the tools to help them better market and deliver their services, and provide them with a network of knowledgeable professionals with whom they can share information and resources. An Alliance Chapter is a local resource for networking, education, marketing, developing professional opportunities, and thought leadership. Members are able to make face to face connections with each other, potential Members and new alliance opportunities.

MB Business Capital
Tim is a Senior Vice President with MB Business Capital which provides Asset-Based Financing to lower middle-market companies nationwide, including for acquisitions, dividend recaps, growth capital and debt restructuring. Tim is responsible for marketing and originations in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. Besides MB, Tim has managed new business and portfolio management positions at PNC Business Credit, and Wells Fargo Business Credit. With a career devoted towards growing leveraged finance portfolios, Tim focuses on companies with credit needs from $5 million to $50 million. Besides AM&AA, Tim has maintained board of director positions with The Turnaround Management Association, Arizona Business Leadership, Association for Corporate Growth among other participations. Tim holds a bachelors degree from Miami University.
JP Morgan Chase
Dan is an Executive Director with JPMorgan Chase and leads the commercial bank’s business development efforts in Arizona which focuses upon companies generating $20M to $500M in revenues. Dan is a lifetime financial services professional who has devoted his career to financing, purchasing and managing middle market companies. Dan serves on the Boards of Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Advisors and Reynolds Polymer Technology, helps leader the Arizona Business Leadership Association and leads JPMC’s sponsor relationship of Financial Executives International. Dan obtained his Bachelor of Accounting from Saint Bonaventure University and his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He was previously a Certified Public Accountant and a Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers in Business Valuation and is registered with FINRA under Series 79, Investment Banking Registered Representative.
Brenda K. Brandt

Brenda has more than 20 years of experience in the planning and supervision of auditing engagements in various commercial and nonprofit entities including: employee benefit plans (EBP), service corporations, distribution, manufacturing, hospitality and private clubs, telecommunications and franchising. During her tenure at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), Brenda was responsible for the growth and development of the EBP practice for the Arizona market and included leading the Arizona EBP practice. Brenda’s responsibilities included training and development of staff as well as being a member of the National Technical Group for the EBP practice. Other responsibilities included developing training, presenting CPE at annual national training conferences, implementing new audit standards and being a technical resource for the EBP National Technical Group. Brenda also has extensive experience in commercial services. She has in depth knowledge auditing Franchising companies both from the Franchisee and the Franchisor side, as well as very large Dealership clients including motorcycle, automobile and large equipment dealerships. Brenda also enjoys working with many hospitality clients over the years and also enjoys working in the telecommunications industry.
Chris is a Managing Director in the C3 Capital Arizona office. Chris is an experienced investment banker, risk manager and private equity investor. His experience spans multiple countries and continents as a former Managing Director for Citibank in the Middle East and North Africa. Based in Switzerland, Chris was also Global Market Manager for Saudi Arabia and Yemen. Following his years at Citibank, he was founder and CEO of Seabridge Capital, LLC in Westport, Connecticut. Seabridge was an alternative investment fund with interests in private equity, real estate, venture capital and mezzanine opportunities. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance & Investments, both from The George Washington University.

Jay Lehman formed Lehman Company, PLLC (Certified Public Accountants & Business Consultants) in 2000 after working in the accounting profession over 30 years. As President, he is a member of the Executive Partner Group as well as the Senior Management Group. His role is the overall management of the firm and the coordination of assurance, tax and consuiting engagements. Under Jay’s leadership, Lohman Company, PLLC has ranked in the top 25 CPA firms since 2003 in the annual listing issued by The Phoenix Business Journal.
